What we do

Three ways we close the recommendation gap.

We move from assessment, to hands-on implementation, to ongoing monitoring — a deliberately sharp offering, not an agency menu. See how we compare to other AEO agencies in Abuja, fact-checked, not self-promoted. Or see why Dala Forge is built for Abuja businesses.

01 / AI Visibility Audit

See how your company is actually represented.

We assess entity clarity, authority, independent evidence, digital footprint, AI representation, recommendation visibility and competitive position. The audit tests how your business is understood in two directions: manually, across your website, directories, social profiles and news mentions, and then against how AI systems actually answer the questions a prospective customer would ask — what you do, who you serve, and why you would be a credible choice. This also covers the competitive layer: what is said about the category you compete in, who currently gets recommended, on what evidence, and where that evidence actually comes from. The gap between those pictures is what the rest of the engagement addresses. Our research on Nigerian AI adoption shows why this direction of testing matters as much as a traditional SEO audit does.

02 / AEO Implementation

We don't leave you with a PDF.

We work alongside your team to structure information, improve digital properties, develop credible evidence, strengthen category positioning, fix entity inconsistencies, improve content architecture and implement structured information. Depending on what the audit surfaces, this can mean rewriting page content for clarity, adding structured data so systems can parse what a page is actually saying, correcting inconsistent business information across directories, or documenting a standard your own team can keep applying after the engagement ends.

03 / AI Recommendation Monitoring

Business change doesn't wait for a scheduled review.

A branch opening in a new city, a new product line, an acquisition or a rebrand all change what is true about a business — but that truth does not automatically reach directories, review platforms, or the sources AI systems draw from. We track those real-world signals and re-test how AI systems represent the business afterward, so representation keeps pace with reality instead of drifting until the next audit catches it. Our research on what actually gets cited by AI systems shows why this has to be tracked platform by platform, not as one blended score.

Beyond citation

Findable where buyers are deciding.

A citation tells you AI knows you exist. A recommendation puts you on the shortlist when someone is deciding. Our aim is to get you recommended. Each AI system draws on different sources, weighs them differently and changes often, so we work system by system. We measure how each system currently represents you, then place your content, structured the way these systems read it, where they are most likely to find it, and re-measure.

Commercial value, defined
  • We prioritise questions where the person asking is close to acting, not just curious. That includes:
  • Buy and book: “where can I buy…”, “book a…”, “order…”
  • Price and cost: “how much does… cost”, “price of… in Naira”
  • Shortlist: “best… in Abuja”, “who should I use for…”, “top…”
  • Compare: “X vs Y”, “alternatives to…”
  • Local: “… near me”, “… in [area]”, “open now”, “emergency…”
  • Trust check: “is… legit”, “is… worth it”, “reviews of…”, “is… CAC registered”
  • Fit and eligibility: “can I… with…”, “requirements for…”, “does… work for [my situation]”
  • Contact: “phone number”, “WhatsApp number”, “address”
  • Switching: “switch from…”, “cheaper than…”
  • Business buyers: “provider, agency or supplier for…”
Making your product understood
  • If your platform, product or company has complexity (tiers, features, eligibility, how it works), AI fills the gaps with guesses.
  • We structure your site, documentation, FAQs and third-party profiles so what AI finds is clear, consistent and verifiable, giving it the best chance of explaining you accurately.
  • Visibility on questions nobody buys from is a vanity metric, so we measure the buying-intent questions first.
Your intent

We start with what you want from AI.

Two companies can both want “AI visibility” and need completely different work. Before anything else we ask what you are after, then measure and build toward that. Most clients want a mix, so we rank the goals with you, set the baseline, and report against the goals you chose.

Known

Be cited

Entity clarity, consistent profiles, schema and directory presence, so AI systems can identify who you are and find reliable sources about you.

Chosen

Be recommended

Shortlist and comparison questions, reviews, trust signals and third-party mentions, because recommendation depends on more than being known.

Buying

Win ready-to-buy customers

We start with the buying-intent questions in your market and measure where you appear on them.

Understood

Have AI explain your product

Documentation, FAQs and profiles structured so what AI finds about your platform is clear, consistent and accurate.

Accurate

Fix what AI gets wrong

We find factual errors in what AI says about you, trace them to their sources, and correct those sources with verifiable information.

After discovery

Being found is half the job. Being explained correctly is the other half.

A customer finds you through AI, then asks the next questions: how does this work, does it fit what I need, how do I set it up, what do I do when something breaks. If AI answers from outdated documentation, a stray forum thread or a competitor’s page, you lose the customer you already earned, at the point where they were closest to buying or staying. We work on that stage too.

Evaluate

“Does it fit me?”

Product, feature and eligibility information structured so AI can explain what you offer, who it is for and how it differs, in your terms.

Use

“How do I do this?”

Setup guides, onboarding steps, how-to content and FAQs organised so AI can walk a customer through your platform, tool or service step by step.

Resolve

“Something went wrong.”

Troubleshooting, policy and support content kept clear, current and consistent, so AI answers support questions from your sources instead of guessing.

How it works: we ask AI systems the questions your customers ask after they choose you, log where the answers are wrong, outdated or missing, and trace each one to its source. Then we correct the source and place the right content where those systems are most likely to find it, in the formats they use most, and test again. This sits inside AEO Implementation, and the questions we test follow the intent you set.

Operating boundary

Your team owns the brand. We provide the intelligence and implementation layer.

Dala Forge works alongside client teams. The client remains the owner and operator of the brand and its channels.
